Sourced from the high-altitude "Above The King" vineyard in the King Valley, this is a true labour of love: bottle fermented, hand disgorged, and "spiritually depleting" to make, but an absolute joy to drink. It features a wild field blend of nine varieties—including Scheurebe, Kerner, Ehrenfelser, and Gewürztraminer—picked and pressed over four weeks to build complexity. The result is a frothy, "mid-tipsy" delight with unique aromas of nasturtium, cantaloupe, and butternut pumpkin. On the palate, expect white peach, green tea, and honeysuckle. It’s the pinnacle of their Pet Nat journey, delivering a full chorus of flavour in every glass.
