Mussels from the Galician coast prepared in an authentic Spanish Escabeche sauce (paprika, vinegar, oil, garlic and bay leaves). The mussels are lightly fried with meticulous temperature control in order to keep them from losing their structure.

Pop on a potato chip for perfect tapas. Also great with pasta, in salads, or any dish where they are lightly warmed.
