Secondary fermentation in the bottle gives this traditional abbey tripel its magnificent effervescence and dense, rocky head. The palate is rich yet wonderfully sprightly, delivering vibrant layers of candied citrus peel, sweet pear, and subtle coriander, all balanced by a refined hop character. Despite its high strength, it maintains an extraordinarily crisp, dry, and clean finish with just a touch of warming alcohol. A rich, aromatic masterclass in classic Belgian brewing.
