This is Matt Connell's perfect 'rendition' of a Central Otago Pinot Noir. It is a stunning blend of premium fruit. It comes from four different Central Otago sub-regions. The nose is beautifully floral. You get savoury mocha and spice notes. The palate is complex with rich red and dark fruits. It is juicy and beautifully balanced. Fine tannins lead to a long, elegant finish. This wine is drinking beautifully now.
