The latest release in our Mayday Hills Barrel-Aged range embraces the ancient "Gruit" style of brewing, showcasing botanicals as bittering agents in the place of hops.

We've teamed up for this special project with renowned chef and flavour alchemist, Michael Ryan and his Beechworth Bitters Co. Drawing from Michael's extensive range of small batch amari and cocktail bitters, Gruit is a truly unique beer, one that celebrates the creative minds and collective skill of two iconic Beechworth producers.
