From a picturesque north-facing slope in Flowerpot, Tasmania, Mewstone Pinot Noir 2024 is a masterclass in cool-climate elegance. Hand-picked across late March to mid-April, the fruit saw a gentle ferment with a touch of whole bunch to lift aromatics. After 21 days on skins, it matured for 10 months in fine French oak, bringing subtle spice to its pure, layered fruit. Expect vibrant red berries, a whisper of floral lift, and silky tannins carrying through to a long, poised finish. Built for cellaring but irresistible now.
