Patsy is a wine built for hot days, salty air, and good times. A blend of Fiano and Vermentino sourced from the Chalmers vineyard in Heathcote, it channels the best of its Italian heritage with a distinct Aussie "lo-fi" edge. The Fiano brings a waxy texture and notes of yellow peach and honeycomb, while the Vermentino cuts through with sea-spray salinity and fresh lime drive. Fermented in stainless steel with a short skin soak, it is savoury, hazy, and deliciously "nautical." Think crunchy lemon juice, a hint of white pepper, and a thirst-quenching, briny finish.
