Bright-fruited, soft, and dangerously moreish. Grown using organic practices in the Adelaide Hills, this Pinot Meunier sits confidently in the lighter red spectrum while offering a mature, savoury complexity. Hand-picked, 100% de-stemmed, and wild-fermented, it spent 10 months developing on its fine lees in a seasoned puncheon. Expect delicate aromas of cranberry, bramble, and sweet oak toast. Herbal, dynamic, and unfined—serve it slightly chilled when you need something fresh, or at room temperature to unlock its full character. Only 45 dozen produced.
