Sourced from their picturesque, high altitude vineyards, this drop is a beautiful expression of modern, vibrant winemaking. It pours a brilliant, translucent ruby red in the glass. On the nose, it hits you with a highly expressive aromatic payload of wild strawberry, dark cherry, and a lovely hint of earthy forest floor. The palate is beautifully light-to-medium bodied and incredibly lively, layering juicy red berry fruits over a fine, savory tannin structure and a subtle touch of spice. Finishing clean, energetic, and perfectly dry, it is an effortlessly crushable red that pairs beautifully with wood-fired pizza or a premium charcuterie board.
