This is a powerful single-vineyard Shiraz that’s a pure expression of McLaren Vale's stunning 2021 vintage. Produced by Ekhidna Wines, this wine pours with a deep purple hue and is absolutely bursting with abundant black fruit. The palate is rich and full-bodied, showcasing classic McLaren Vale flavours of dark chocolate, plum, and a hint of licorice or Turkish Delight. The wine is beautifully structured with fine, mouthcoating tannins and subtle vanilla notes from French oak, leading to a long, persistent finish.
