This single-decoction pale lager is made with single-origin floor-malted pilsner malt, noble Mittelfrüh hops, and a traditional Bohemian yeast strain. The mash and regime bring depth and sweetness, while the hops add structure and a gentle spice. Expect soft bready malt, a delicate floral lift, and a crisp, balanced finish that keeps you coming back. Prost!
