Product Description

Aged in American oak ex-bourbon casks, this expression offers layers of complexity due to our specific heavy toast and char cask treatment throughout the coopering process.  Coconut and pineapple upfront, with burnt vanilla and citrus, caramelised banana, marshmallows and toasted oak.

Nose -
Bright, fresh and vibrant with coconut, bananas and molasses, with hints of vanilla, caramel and a nutty edge.

Palate -
Coconut and pineapple upfront, with burnt vanilla and citrus, caramelised banana, marshmallows, charred meats and toasted oak.

Finish - 
Toffee apple, charred oak , light spice and coconut, medium length.
