Sourced from exceptional old vines in Gippsland, this single-site gem undergoes natural fermentation and barrel aging to showcase pure site expressiveness. Pouring a brilliant pale gold with green highlights, it opens with captivating aromas of yellow peach, white nectarine, crushed flint, and delicate toasted hazelnut. On the palate, a sleek, focused core of citrus and stone fruit is enveloped by a broad, subtly textured mouthfeel, courtesy of sensitive lees stirring. Electric, driving acidity cuts through the wine's natural richness, resulting in a long, mouthwatering finish defined by a distinctive chalky minerality.
