Harvested from a famed single vineyard perched in the rolling volcanic hills of West Gippsland, this wine undergoes wild yeast fermentation and extended maturation in old French oak. Pouring a glowing, pale golden straw, it opens with a complex, captivating bouquet of lime blossom, ripe yellow nectarine, crushed river stone, and a faint hint of toasted brioche. The palate is impressively structured and broad, delivering a rich, supple texture that is brilliantly offset by a tense, driving backbone of cool-climate acidity.
