Range Brewing's "Could It Be The One" is a West Coast IPA that's got us seriously stoked. This beer is a beautiful blend of old-school bitterness and new-school hop prowess, brewed with a powerful combo of Simcoe, Nelson Sauvin, Chinook, and a finishing dose of Riwaka HopKief. It pours a crystal-clear, light straw colour that's as good-looking as it gets. On the nose, you'll be hit with sticky, dank notes and an abundance of juicy citrus. A sip reveals a firm, lasting bitterness that's perfectly balanced by sticky orange, resin, and stonefruit flavours.
