Pouring a brilliant, crystal-clear golden-straw topped with a dense, persistent white foam head, this crisp crusher opens with classic aromatics of spicy Saaz hops, fresh floral blossoms, and crackery, lightly toasted pilsner malt. On the palate, a traditional decoction mash schedule builds a rich, rounded malt backbone that feels wonderfully balanced and elegant.
