Reckless Brewing West Coast Dark Lager Sgl

The clever crew at Reckless Brewing are serving up the best of both worlds with their West Coast Dark Lager, a crisp, dark hybrid that seamlessly bridges contrasting styles. Pouring a deep, mahogany brown with a tight, creamy off-white head, this brew opens with an enticing blend of lightly toasted malt, subtle cocoa, and bright piney, citrusy American hop aromas. On the palate, a clean, crisp lager foundation offers delicate roast and subtle caramel notes without ever feeling heavy or cloying. That malt base gives way to a punchy hit of resinous pine and grapefruit zest hop character, finishing crisp, dry, and with a lingering, satisfying bitterness. It’s an easy-drinking, hop-forward dark beer that brings serious flavor while keeping things ultra-refreshing.
