This rosé is a vibrant and beautifully complex blend of Nero d’Avola, Sangiovese, and Graciano. On the nose, it’s all summer fruits and wild herbs: think fresh strawberry, blood orange zest, and a subtle waft of dried Mediterranean thyme. Sangiovese lays the foundation with bright red fruit, Graciano brings vibrancy, while Nero d’Avola rounds it out with soft spice. The result is a plush, crisp, and supremely dry rosé.
