A Pinot Noir with a Chablis soul. Domaine Robert Goulley is best known for their crisp, mineral-laden Chablis, and they bring that same focus on tension and freshness to their red wines. Sourced from vineyards near the Chablis region (often Saint-Bris or Irancy), this Pinot Noir offers a cooler, crunchier expression of the grape. Expect bright aromas of red cherry, raspberry, and wild strawberry, supported by a distinct mineral undertone. It is light-to-medium bodied with fine tannins and a snappy, refreshing finish—perfect for drinking slightly chilled.
