Rooster Rojo Anejo Tequila 700ml

Rooster Rojo Añejo Tequila was made with blue agave, using the Fabrica de Tequilas method of cooking the piña with steam in autoclaves for 10 hours. A special yeast is added to the agave juices prior to fermentation, before Rooster Rojo anejo is double pot distilled in stainless steel pot stills and aged in oak for a minimum of one year in used bourbon barrels and has a more pronounced richness and exceptional smoothness. Vanilla, coffee, a hint of tobacco and some spicy oak. Lovely brown sugar character on the finish.
