Rosso Antico Vermouth Apertif 700ml

A true icon of Italian excellence and a staple for bartenders worldwide. Born in 1962 but tracing its distilling lineage all the way back to the Imperial Court of Napoleon I and the J. Buton distillery in 1820, Rosso Antico is a masterclass in the art of the aperitivo. Pouring a dark chocolate colour with a slight amber hue, the nose is intensely complex—floral and wine-based notes are perfectly layered with tropical spices, intense balsamic sensations, and a grassy, vegetal lift. On the palate, it is exceptionally rich and well-balanced. A soft initial sweetness and pleasant acidity gracefully give way to the mild, persistent, and beautifully bitter finish that defines a classic wormwood-driven vermouth.
