It's back! Saison Aperitifs has been quietly making this unique vermouth for the past two summers, aging it in ex-whisky French oak barrels, and now it's finally ready to be released. This rich and complex vermouth is made with organic Victorian unripe walnuts and leaves, layered with infusions of cumquat, bay leaf, and roasted barley koji. Blended with Victorian moscato and bittered with Australian wormwoods, it's aged for up to 18 months before bottling.
