"Red" is Saison Aperitifs' Australian take on an Italian rosso, the classic vermouth that anchors so many of our favourite cocktails. Hand-built with obsessive care, this vermouth is made with 22 distinct botanicals, including vanilla, saffron, rose, caramelised blood orange, and licorice. It's infused and blended with moscato and shiraz, and aged for 24 months in a solera style. The result is a fruit and spice-forward vermouth with light caramel notes—bold enough for a Negroni and complex enough to drink on its own.
