This is a spring-loaded vermouth that’s a tribute to the best of the season. "Spring Rhubarb" is infused with fresh and roasted rhubarb, grown by two local farmers. This brings a vibrant, pink, and fruity punch to a moscato base wine, along with floral notes of magnolia, lavender, and violet blossom. The infusions of raw rhubarb bring a bright sourness, while the cooked stalks add that sweet and comforting familiarity. It’s like a boozy version of Mum's stewed rhubarb.
