From the mind of chef Dave Verheul (Embla), Saison has redefined Australian vermouth. White Flowers is a celebration of aromatic intensity, capturing the fleeting beauty of spring and summer blooms. Built on a high-quality Victorian wine base, it is infused with a bouquet of white florals—think elderflower, jasmine, and honeysuckle—layered over bright citrus pith and a grounding backbone of wormwood. It is sweet, textural, and incredibly fragrant, yet finishes with a clean, bitter snap that is distinctly "Saison." It drinks beautifully over ice with a slice of lemon, or as a highball with tonic.
