Channelling the ancient philosophy of effortless action, Unanderra's Seeker Brewing hits pure liquid zen with Wu Wei, a beautifully calibrated 8.0% ABV Double Dry-Hopped Double IPA. Despite its hefty high-octane engine, everything here is in seamless harmony. Loaded with an inspired New Zealand hop pairing of Peacharine and Motueka, the beer glows with a luminous, dense haze under a creamy collar of white foam. On the palate, a lush, velvety malt backbone envelops the mouth, seamlessly integrating the punchy hop oils while tucking away the boozy warmth. Saturated stone fruit meets bright citrus brightness before signing off with a smooth, perfectly balanced finish.
