Seven Mile Whiskey Barrel Aged Imperial Stout

Aged for 14 months in Cape Byron whisky casks, Whisky Barrel Aged Imperial Stout is Seven Mile’s deep, dark winter indulgence. It pours jet black with a dark tan head and opens with intense aromas of chocolate, vanilla, toasted nuts and whisky-soaked oak. The palate is rich and layered—think dark fruits, biscuit malt, a lick of soy, and silky vanilla—rounded out by a warming, lingering finish. At 10%, it’s bold, boozy, and beautifully balanced. Limited in keg, but well worth grabbing a few cartons while you can.
