IT ALL STARTED WHEN…

As a homage to all backyard wine makers, including Ralph’s dad, who was making wine in his Oak Park garage when Ralph was just a boy.

To resemble what was used in homemade winemaking, such as recycled beer bottles, this wine is presented in a 700ml tinted beer bottle, fatigued crown seal and with a hand stamped label tied to its neck.

Extremely limited, only 60 Doz made.

Process - This is a truly handmade wine, hand picked and foot stomped, transferred straight to barrel, zero interference, zero additions.

Unfined and unfiltered

No added sulphites

Hand bottled

Nose - Showing more tart red fruit notes (red cherry, raspberry, strawberry)

Palate - Ripe and supple-juicy with a good acid, spice and firm tannins

Food Match - Portobello burger or pasta with a tomato based sauce
