Handpicked and wild fermented, it’s a blend of two thoughtfully made parcels — one semi-carbonic with whole bunches and foot stomping, the other a gentle whole berry ferment. The result? A bright, juicy Shiraz with plush red and black fruit, hints of spice, and a silky texture that speaks to time in seasoned French oak. With only 123 cases made, this is a small-batch beauty that punches well above its weight.
