This robust American stout boasts a complex malt bill featuring eight different grains, delivering rich layers of roast cacao, caramel, toffee, and sourdough crust. Hints of sweet anise, rose, and a bittersweet orange citrus finish add depth and intrigue. At 8.3% ABV, it’s a full-bodied, flavour-packed brew that’s perfect for cooler nights or pairing with fresh oysters.
