Sourced from the Adelaide Hills, this Sparkling Pinot Noir is made using the traditional Charmat method—where secondary fermentation happens in the tank—to retain maximum fresh fruit character. It pours a soft salmon pink and offers a vibrant, dry palate of strawberries, peach, and sweet red apple balanced by crisp acidity. It is a crowd-pleaser that brings life to any occasion.
