This special Reserve Rum was aged on the banks of Lake George, where the extreme weather variations contribute significantly to its character. Sunburnt summer days and occasional snow and fog accelerate its maturation and assist the spirit in imparting rich barrel flavours. This rum is made from a combination of light and dark brown sugar and local rainwater, resulting in a spirit that is both inspiring and mysterious.
