Beer lovers and hot sauce aficionados – this one's for you. We've teamed up with Brisbane Brewing Co. to create a barrel aged hot sauce, aged in the oak barrels of their triple gold medal award-winning Ex Inferis Flanders Red Ale. Fun fact: Brendan made the original batch of the beer back in 2018 when he was head brewer.
More than 10 months of barrel ageing has given this spicy and rich sauce a subtle hint of oak and a complex acidity - this is truly a luxurious best. With habanero, dried chili, apple cider vinegar, garlic and shallots this naturally lacto-fermentedsauce is full of good bacteria and vegan.
Our sauces are made with all natural ingredients - raw, vegan, probiotic and sugar free. Packed with good bacteria and tasty as hell.
*All of our hot sauces are raw and unpasturised. They must remain refrigerated once opened. Once opened they will happily live in the fridge for 12 months.
