The Village Pickle 'Real Hot' Fermented Chilli Sauce 150ml

"Real Hot" not for the faint of heart. Just as tasty as "Hot" but supercharged with Carolina Reapers. Naturally lacto-fermented for a minimum of 12 weeks for maximum flavour. Post ferment the sauce is processed with apple cider vinegar. Nothing else. No fillers, all flavour.

This one is for the hot heads. Delicate fruity tones from the habaneros, followed by the unmistakle wrath of the reapers. Just a couple of drops is all you need. 

Our sauces are made with all natural ingredients - raw, vegan, probiotic, gluten and sugar free. Packed with good bacteria and tasty as hell.

*All of our hot sauces are raw and unpasturised. They must remain refrigerated once opened. Once opened they will happily live in the fridge for 12 months.
