Troppo is our answer to the agricultural excess of the wine industry, taking unsecured fruit and turning it into approachable and affordable styles of wine, taking the minimal intervention winemaking approach of Unico Zelo and applying it to more conventional grape varieties from the various wine regions of South Australia. 

Our Syrah is a real highlight of what the Adelaide Hills can do with the variety. A tailored back expression at 13% ABV, decidedly fruit-forward and leaning into the spicy aromatics that we see from the region, alongside a menagerie of berries that we like to express in wines like this. Really stoked on this one!
