Designed by CSIRO scientists in 1972 by crossing noble Portuguese Touriga with humble Sultana grapes, Tarrango is a uniquely Australian variety that thrives in the desert while retaining incredible, champagne-level acidity. Pink Zinc Drink is a featherweight, impossibly light red wine bursting with vibrant notes of sour cherry, fresh watermelon, and a zesty pink grapefruit zing. Dangerously easy to drink and explicitly designed to be served straight from the fridge—this is the ultimate "beach cricket" kind of red.
