Fermented cold with lager yeast on a restrained grain bill, this brew strips away any heavy malt baggage to let hops take centre stage. The brew team unleashed an iconic pairing of Citra and Mosaic hops, sending bright aromatics of juicy pink grapefruit, crushed blueberry, candied citrus peel, and sticky pine needles straight out of the glass. On the palate, that brisk, super-clean fermentation profile delivers a lightning-fast snap with waves of punchy tropical fruit and citrus oil. It finishes bone-dry, exceptionally crisp, and backed by a clean, lingering bitterness that begs for another gulp.
