The 2025 Pinot Noir is a complex and highly articulate blend, drawing from Barwite, Mornington Peninsula, and King Valley vineyards. Winemaker Bill Downie describes the nose as complex and difficult to describe, showing bright berry fruits, miso, tobacco leaf, and freshly rained on rock. The palate is chewy and dense with more dark and red fruits, spice, and stone. It is a precise, terroir-driven wine with wonderful balance and structure.
