Sourced from low yielding, deeply rooted historic vines in the Granite Belt, this standout red packs incredible depth and regional character. In the glass, it pours a dense, brooding garnet. Pop the cork to unleash an aromatic punch of ripe blackberry, dark plum, cracked black pepper, and subtle hints of dark chocolate oak. On the palate, it’s plush and full bodied, delivering juicy dark fruit flavours balanced by fine, cocoa like tannins and a vibrant streak of natural acidity. The finish is long, warming, and beautifully structured. An absolute showstopper alongside charred steaks, slow braised meats, or aged cheddar.
