The craft winemakers at Witches Falls showcase the incredible potential of varietals in South East Queensland with their Provenance Fiano. Sourced from high altitude Granite Belt vineyards, this textured white pours a glowing pale straw with golden glints. On the nose, it unfolds with enticing aromatics of white peach, honeysuckle, lemon curd, and crushed hazelnut. The palate is wonderfully rich yet crisp, presenting a supple, rounded mouthfeel filled with juicy nectarine, spiced pear, and a subtle touch of textural lees complexity. A bright, persistent seam of natural acidity cuts through the fruit, anchoring the wine to a long, mineral-driven finish with a hint of classic pithy grip.
