The natural winemaking wizards at Witches Falls bring Southern Italian soul to Mount Tamborine with their Wild Ferment Negroamaro. Indigenous yeast fermentation unlocks stunning complexity, pouring a rich ruby-garnet in the glass. The nose leaps with wild aromatics of dried cranberry, dark plum, spiced cherries, rustic leather, and a delicate touch of Mediterranean scrub. On the palate, a savoury, medium-to-full body unfolds with fleshy black fruit, sun-dried fig, and complex layers of clove and star anise. A firm, rustic backbone of fine, chalky tannins and a lively natural acidity cut beautifully through the rich fruit, driving into a long, mouthwatering finish.
