From the heart of Wilyabrup, this 2023 Chardonnay is a refined expression of one of Margaret River’s premier sub-regions. The Brook Vineyard consistently produces fruit with remarkable tension; expect a palate driven by white stone fruit and citrus zest, complemented by a subtle, flinty reduction and integrated French oak. It is a sophisticated, medium-bodied white that balances creamy texture with a bright, saline finish, making it a natural match for roast chicken or creamy seafood pasta.
