Hearts is a Cherry Ripe dessert bomb dressed up as a red ale, thanks to the sweet mischief of Working Title and Future Brewing. They’ve gone full indulgence here—layers of cherry purée, toasted coconut, cacao nibs and vanilla swirl through caramelised malts and a soft biscuit base. There’s lactose for a creamy lift, but also just enough bitterness and savoury malt to keep things balanced. It’s rich, decadent, and tastes like your favourite chocolate bar grew up and started brewing. A pastry red with flair and flavour to spare.
