Legally Blonde takes the timeless Belgian Blond Ale and gives it a modern Working Title twist. Brewed on a super pale malt base and lifted with candi sugar, it’s fermented warm with Belgian Ardennes yeast from Mogwai Labs to push fruity esters and a gentle peppery spice. The result is a beer that’s complex in its simplicity — tropical fruit and subtle phenolics on the nose, a sweet, full body through the mid-palate, and a dry, crisp finish that keeps it refreshingly drinkable.
