This blend of aged sour and young Belgian Blond strikes the perfect balance between fruit-driven sweetness and puckering acetic acidity. Delicate peach aromatics mingle with subtle Brettanomyces funk and a touch of Acetobacter sourness, while a gentle honey-treacle mid-palate softens the edges for smooth, drinkable complexity. At 6%, it’s a bright, layered wild sour that’s tart, juicy, and uniquely Working Title—wild in heart, yet perfectly balanced.
