This special series focuses on producing an extra dry Oude Geuze through the precise blending of one, two, and three year old lambics aged in oak foeders. Pouring a brilliant amber gold with a lively, long lasting white head, it opens with a vibrant, complex nose of tart green apple, funky barnyard brett, lemon zest, and aged oak. On the palate, crisp champagne like carbonation drives sharp citrus tartness, earthy funk, and subtle wood tannins across the tongue.
