Caldera Saison w/ Lemon Scented Gum 750ml Btl

The wild-fermentation explorers at Caldera bring a uniquely Australian botanical twist to classic farmhouse brewing with their Saison w/ Lemon Scented Gum. Bottled in a sharing-ready 750ml, this bright release pours a hazy straw-gold with a plush, lively white head. The nose leaps from the glass with an intoxicating burst of native lemon-scented gum leaves, vibrant lemongrass, peppered citrus zest, and a subtle edge of rustic farmhouse funk. On the palate, a crisp, rustic grain bill supports a bright wave of herbal citrus flavour, seamlessly blending spicy Belgian yeast esters with a sharp, quenching line of natural acidity. Finishing exceptionally dry, snappy, and aromatic, it’s an incredibly refreshing, botanical-forward saison designed for shared meals, warm afternoons, and thoughtful sipping.
