Cantillon Rosé de Gambrinus

Rosé de Gambrinus is a traditional Belgian raspberry lambic, crafted by macerating 200g of fresh raspberries per litre of 20-month-old lambic for two to three months. This 5.0% ABV beer pours a ruby-red hue with a delicate pink head, offering aromas of ripe raspberries, oak, and wild yeast funk. Its flavour is tart, fruity, and fragrant, with a dry finish and subtle earthy undertones. Best enjoyed young for vibrant fruit character, it evolves gracefully with age.
