Designed as an unadulterated spotlight on one of craft brewing's most foundational and versatile hop varieties, this 7.7% Double Hazy IPA lets Simcoe do what it does best. It pours a dense, cloudy golden-amber with a soft white foam head. Cracking the tin releases a huge, complex nose of zesty grapefruit, juicy passionfruit, and crushed pine resin. On the palate, a lush, pillow-soft malt base carries waves of ripe stone fruit and bright citrus before settling into a smooth, resinous depth and a wonderfully balanced, clean finish.
