A stellar cross-continental collab, St Peters’ Future Brewing teamed up with the team at Tokyo’s Inkhorn Brewing to whip up Godwit. Crafted to showcase New Zealand’s absolute finest hop varieties, this DDH Hazy IPA features NZ Cascade added to the whirlpool before receiving a massive double dry hop of Nelson Sauvin, Southern Cross, Rakau, and Manilita. It pours thick and pale yellow with a dense, creamy foam. Cracking the tin unlocks an absolute tropical frenzy on the nose, leading into waves of sweet citrus, juicy stone fruit, and lush ripe peach. Silky smooth and beautifully saturated, it finishes with a clean, soft bitterness that keeps you diving right back in.
